When Room Six visited the library this week they were excited about the new cool chairs that they could sit on to read. After they had their books issued they went into the lab and were amazed to find that the school library was linked to SIXTICKS. The children explored the new link to the school library and thought it was very cool that they could find out what NEW PICTURE BOOKS were in the library. They saw photos of some of their friends and learned more about what the librarians have to do to receive their Bronze award. The children in Room Six were delighted that they will be able to find out about the school library while they are on the computer at home. The new Penguin book looks like fun to read as it has alliteration in it. (We know all about alliteration because Mr Hewson taught us, they say.) The new link is very cool!

Henry - Library Monitor
Meet Henry
Hi, I'm Henry. I live out of town with Mum, Dad and my brother. I also have 2 cats called Tintin (very lazy) and Tiger (very fluffy). I enjoy reading, playing ball tag and playing four square. At school, the work I do includes writing letters to my penpal in Vanuatu. My hobbies are piano, tennis, swimming and St Johns.
